MoPho in action

Working on a new song called “Voodoo Doll” today – I’ve had the drums done for a while but it was time to start adding some meat onto the bones.

Which is to say time to start putting my new MoPho to work.

Here’s a little taste, just a fragment towards the end of the song of the bass, a little arpeggiator thing and a pad based on a feedback sync. Nice little bit of flavor, I think.

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Everything you head is off the MoPho with the exception of the lowest bass patch which is my standard sub patch from my Roland SH-32.

Right now I’m programming stuff in ProTools, running the MIDI out to the MoPho and pulling the audio back via my PreSonus tube pre-amp, with the overdrive cranked to cook it.
